TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Star Parking will complete their services by removing the immobilization devices placed on my vehicle(s).
(Services customer is paying for)
I understand that I am paying the required fines for the immobilization devices (yellow boots) to be removed from my vehicle.
When the immobilization devices (yellow boots) are removed . I acknowledge that I approve these charges on my credit/debit card and this is a binding contract between Star parking Services and {name} (Card holder)
A)
The provided the services as described in this contract/receipt to me the client. I am happy with my service of a boot removal
B) I acknowledge that I approve this charge for boot removal
C) I agree that the services of having boots removed from my vehicle is approved by me the card holder
D) I am not being overcharged and the amount does not differ and accept the fine $75 a day or charges that occur due to my damage of the boot device if I tamper with the booting device or move my vehicle,
E) Accept that NO CREDIT IS OWED and there is a no refund policy = NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS,
F) my card was not stolen and that my picture ID matches the name on the card used.
G) There is no duplicate charge The following payment is for the removal of booting devices from a car that myself or someone I know owns.
I am the authorized user of the card being used. Fees may exceed $75 :
A) If car is immobilized for more than 24hrs
B) If paying for multiple vehicles
C) If Booting device is tampered/damaged in any way fines up to $750 per boot .
I authorize SPS to charge fee for removal of booting device from vehicles. .If any dispute process other than the one provided on www.starparkingservices.net/dispute is used, then the cardholder agrees to have the following charge placed in collections and accepts that civil and criminal repercussions may follow immediately, with the card holder accepting all applicable late fees, collection costs, administration costs, as well as any court and legal cost. This clause legally binds and prevents any user from contacting their merchant account provider (Visa, Mastercard, etc) to file a fraudulent dispute. Star Parking Services will not authorize any refunds ( nor will any credit card provider) if a credit card company is contacted before a formal dispute is filed through our website first. To submit a formal dispute the user must go to www.starparkingservices.net within 24 hours of making their payment, if they feel they were improperly booted, to complete the Dispute Form provided on receipt..
